Une f\u00e8sta porcala dont nous devons la conception \u00e0 Claude Laurens qui, entour\u00e9 de son \u00e9quipe avait brillamment organis\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition. Et tout \u00e9tait parfait !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les ateliers de charcuterie se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s devant un nombreux public, parfois compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;enfants. Chacun a pu appr\u00e9cier le savoir faire de nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles : d\u00e9coupe, tri de la viande pour les diff\u00e9rentes utilisations&#8230; (p\u00e2t\u00e9, boudin, saucisse&#8230;).
