Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un travail d\u2019analyse des fermes sur le terrain et gr\u00e2ce aux archives conserv\u00e9es, il va \u00e9tudier la provenance des mat\u00e9riaux et les savoir-faire d\u2019une petite entreprise locale des coteaux ainsi que les mod\u00e8les de fermes qu\u2019ils construisent et livrent \u00abcl\u00e9 en main\u00bb, des fondations \u00e0 la confection du vaisselier de la cuisine ou des r\u00e2teliers de l\u2019\u00e9table.
