C\u2019est une discipline traditionnelle chinoise qui signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u201cma\u00eetrise de l\u2019\u00e9nergie\u201d ou \u201ctravail du souffle\u201d. La pratique d\u00e9veloppe, am\u00e9liore l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9, et am\u00e8ne un meilleur bien-\u00eatre corporel.<br \/>\nDans le corps humain, le QI est une substance invisible qui, sans cesse en mouvement irrigue le corps.<br \/>\nL\u2019objectif principal est de mobiliser et de stimuler la circulation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie interne de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle puisse parcourir l\u2019ensemble du corps pour le tonifier. Ceci l\u2019oppose \u00e0 la conception du sport bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019effort physique, la consommation d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du syst\u00e8me cardio vasculaire et la transpiration.<br \/>\nLe Qi Gong pr\u00e9serve la souplesse, la musculature et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019effort,<br \/>\nEn d\u00e9coule la d\u00e9tente du corps, de l\u2019esprit par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de la r\u00e9gularisation de la respiration.
