Tout au long de la Premi\u00e8re Guerre mondiale, des chansons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crites, chant\u00e9es, reprises par les combattants et par les civils.
\nOn trouve des chants patriotiques, exaltant la patrie, la haine de l\u2019ennemi ou la sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 du peuple.
\nOn a \u00e9crit des chansons de r\u00e9confort, destin\u00e9es \u00e0 rapprocher les hommes et \u00e0 leur donner un peu d\u2019espoir.
