L\u2019artiste y a trait\u00e9 la question de l\u2019enfermement \u00e0 travers le prisme de la nourriture, interrogeant les rapports sociologiques qui se tissent autour de l\u2019alimentation. Second\u00e9 par l\u2019enseignante B\u00e9n\u00e9dicte Faury et avec l\u2019intervention du cuisinier Pascal Boursier, Nicolas Daubanes a propos\u00e9 aux d\u00e9tenus d\u2019utiliser leurs \u00ab bons de cantine \u00bb, qui leur permettent d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de la nourriture compl\u00e9mentaire et des ingr\u00e9dients de cuisine, comme un march\u00e9 de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res. Les aliments, d\u00e9tourn\u00e9s et transform\u00e9s, leur ont permis de travailler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9criture et \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de nouvelles recettes lors d\u2019un atelier de cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Cosa mangiare\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0qu\u2019est ce qu\u2019on mange \u00bb en italien, s\u2019int\u00e9resse moins au contenu des recettes glan\u00e9es en prison, qu\u2019aux processus humains et techniques mis en \u0153uvre pour les r\u00e9aliser. Partant de ce constat, la restitution de ce projet au c\u0153ur des Fourneaux de La cuisine, souhaite prendre une forme furtive et dynamique, \u00e0 mi-chemin de l\u2019atelier, de la conf\u00e9rence et de l\u2019exposition.
