Le Stabat Mater<\/strong><\/span><\/em> est une \u0153uvre musicale religieuse \u00e9crite par Giovanni Battista Pergolesi<\/span> (Pergol\u00e8se)<\/em> en 1736<\/span>, deux mois avant sa mort, dans le monast\u00e8re de Pouzzoles<\/span>. Il s’agit donc de la derni\u00e8re \u0153uvre d’un\u00a0 homme mort \u00e0 26 ans des suites d’une tuberculose. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9crit pour deux voix (traditionnellement alto<\/span> et soprano<\/span>) et ensemble instrumental comprenant violons<\/span> I et II, alto <\/span>et basse continue<\/span>. Ce Stabat Mater<\/em><\/span>, bas\u00e9 sur un texte liturgique du XIIIe si\u00e8cle m\u00e9ditant sur la souffrance de la Vierge Marie, m\u00e8re du Christ, \u00e9tait une possible commande du Duc de Maddaloni, m\u00e9c\u00e8ne de Pergol\u00e8se et violoncelliste <\/span>amateur.<\/p>\n

Il sera interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 ici accompagn\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019orgue de l\u2019\u00c9glise des minimes soutenu par \u00ab les amis de l\u2019orgue des Minimes <\/strong><\/span>\u00bb<\/p>\n
