Il est la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une association fond\u00e9e par les habitants de l\u00e0-bas. Cet immeuble abrite un caf\u00e9 cantine au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, une salle de r\u00e9union \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage et une buanderie accessible \u00e0 tous.
