#800080;\"><strong>Une gigolette de truite<\/strong><\/span> aux vitelottes, brocolis, melon \u00e0 la grenadine, \u00e9chalote confite, fleurs de pens\u00e9e, capucine et b\u00e9gonia.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800080;\"><strong>Un coussin de pintade farci aux c\u00e8pes et foie gras<\/strong><\/span> agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de : p\u00e2tisson, courgette jaune, betterave jaune, cr\u00eape \u00e0 la betterave et aux \u00e9pinards, pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre au jus de betterave et aux fleurs de lavande, vitelottes, oignon confit, \u0153illets d\u2019Inde, pens\u00e9e et
