Chaque saison, ils innovent ainsi \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles saveurs, de celles qui vont charmer nos palais et marquer nos esprits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme cette rosace de melon l\u00e9g\u00e8rement assaisonn\u00e9e d\u2019un caramel au porto,  surmont\u00e9e d\u2019a\u00e9riennes tranches de jambon de pays, cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Patrick Dumontier au restaurant <a title=\"Ouvre le plan dans une nouvelle fen\u00eatre\" href=\"http:\/\/maps.google.fr\/maps\/place?q=Les+Templiers+dunes&amp;cid=9290295266066485424\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab Les Templiers \u00bb \u00e0 Dunes<\/a> et cette d\u00e9clinaison autour de l\u2019abricot (macaron \u00e0 la marmelade, clafoutis, quenelle de cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e et panacotta)  pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Dominique Vigneau dans <a title=\"Ouvre le site dans une nouvelle fen\u00eatre\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lemoulindecastel.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab L\u2019Auberge du Moulin \u00bb \u00e0
